Sendproof Log in

Know every message your app sends is right, before your customers do.

Password resets, order updates, reminders, alerts: Sendproof captures the emails, texts and notifications your app sends while you test it, checks each one, and proves it really arrives.

How it works

Add the Sendproof SDK to your test build. It sits where your app hands messages to its providers, so nothing about how your app sends changes.

  1. Capture

Use your app as a customer would. Every message it tries to send appears in Sendproof, next to the action that caused it.

  2. Check

Rules, an AI review and your own eyes mark each message pass or fail: the wrong name, a broken link, a code that expired, a text that never went out.

  3. Deliver

Switch to live delivery and the messages really go out, to your team's own test inboxes and phones, never to customers. Sendproof confirms they arrived.

  4. Fix

Each failure comes with what was expected, what was sent and where in your code it came from, ready to hand to a developer or an AI coding assistant.

What teams catch with it

Messages that never send

The test plan lists what each action should send, so a missing receipt or reminder shows up as a failure, not silence.

Wrong or broken content

Placeholder text, another customer's name, wrong totals, dead links and expired codes are flagged before release.

Delivery problems

Real sends to test inboxes and phones check that email passes SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and that texts and push really land.

What it looks like on a phone

A companion app on a test phone records the notification as it appears, with a screenshot as proof.

Built to keep customers out of your tests

Test recipients only

Live messages go to the inboxes and phone numbers your team lists, never to the customer the message was for.

Consent and opt-out

Every test number gets a notice first and can reply STOP at any time. Sendproof stops texting it at once.

Real addresses masked

A customer's real address is shown masked and stored only as a one-way hash.

Try it on your own app

The Free plan covers one app with message previews and checks. Upgrade when you want real delivery to test phones and inboxes.
