- Is Sendproof available now?
- Sendproof is in early access. Join the list and we'll set up your account.
- Will my customers ever get a test message?
- No. Live delivery sends only to the test phones and inboxes your team lists. The customer a message was meant for never receives it.
- What counts as a captured message?
- Each email, text, notification or WhatsApp message your app tries to send while Sendproof is on, whether previewed or delivered.
- What happens if we go over the monthly limit?
- We'll let you know and nothing is cut off mid-test. On Pro, extra test phones or inboxes are $5 a month each and another 10,000 messages a month is $10. Teams that regularly need more can move to Enterprise.
